We are naturally dynamic, strong, flexible, and deeply intuitive. Our bodies are born to move, but in our modern world too much repetition often leads to stagnation, injury and pain. Healthy movement is a diversity of movement. Primal Vinyasa is intelligent, functional mobility training that will teach you the skills for more advanced poses while transcending the boundaries of traditional yoga practice. Together through the alchemy of science and the sacred we will explore breath and moment within the basic sub drills of Primal Vinyasa™️ and beyond. This beginners class is appropriate for students with no yoga experience. Kelly’s background makes her uniquely qualified to guide first time yoga students in remembering movements both nourishing and natural to their bodies. Experienced students will reclaim movements beyond the linear boundaries of traditional yoga. Movement is both medicine and nourishment. Nourishing your existing practice with Primal Vinyasa™️ will strengthen your existing practice, connection to self, and your neuroplasticity in new and dynamic ways.
